Hawaii T.I.D.E.S. exists to ensure that those entrusted with operating commercial vehicles are trained with skill, integrity, and respect for the people and places they serve.

Our Mission

The mission of Hawaii T.I.D.E.S. is to increase the number of qualified, safety-trained commercial drivers in the State of Hawaii by providing structured access to CDL preparation, workforce readiness support, and transportation safety education for underserved and economically disadvantaged populations.
